We did our own version of Chinese New Year celebrations.
We read some books featuring dragons. Luath loved to roar when the little dragon comes out of his cave.
We played with Scorch(soft dragon) and his little buddy(mega blocks dragon).Luath dressed in red for the day and played with her red exploring/discovery tub contents.
Did a transferring Pandas game, representing the two pandas that have come on loan to Scotland from China.
And a removing red cookie cutters from the red muffin tin game.
We ate a very yummy egg fried rice meal. Watched over by a child friendly table display of a dragon, pig (mummy), dog (daddy), tiger (Luath) and panda (for the dog as we don't have a rat).
