Two little dicky birds resource links

Two little dicky birds sitting on a wall,
One named Peter, one named Paul.
Fly away Peter, fly away Paul,
Come back Peter, come back Paul!

Have also seen it as two little birds sitting on a hill.  (Birds are named Jack and Jill)

The visual trick that can be done while saying the rhyme

The teacher resources galore have a power point presentation, a read with me sheet, sequencing page, puppets, mini book and tracing.  (The birds are not quite to my liking)

Littlesheep learning has some ideas based on the rhyme i.e. making a wall, wall rubbing, looking at birds, numbers one and two
