Outdoors everyday – week 23

Hot weather at the start of the week meaning sunhats, parasols and suntan lotion.  Warm coats and hats by the week’s end.  The midges made an unwelcome appearance. Some of the things we did outdoors this week were:

Croquet (well a toddler’s way to play).  Enjoying the garden’s flowers and doing some weeding.  Hiding balls.  Giving Minnie mouse a flower bath.  Finding a toad in the garden and making a home for it.  Taking a caterpillar (soft) for a walk.  Pulling  a wagon over sand dunes.  Hiding in the den.  Wearing a “sticky willy” tail.
