A colourful fun rhyming picture book introducing the concept of synonyms . Published by Barefoot Books, most of whose books I have found to be well written and beautifully illustrated.
You spend a day with Rex and join him in his adventures. He starts the day bending, stretching, reaching and extending. Luath giggles when Rex ripped his trousers, liked his different facial expressions and that he got stuck in the mud and required rescuing.
We have read this book many times this week and we both still enjoy the story and the illustrations
