Luath and I made some pancakes. I still can't quite get them right, think I need to make them more often! The flavour was fine, the first side cooked looked good, but the seond side and the texture wasn't quite as it should be. (for some reason I got shrove tuesday two weeks out, never mind we loved the panakes)
